To My Little One
My little one is really growing up.
It’s been almost five months since we came back to Taiwan from the U.S., and he’s getting taller, chubbier, and now he smiles so big and makes the cutest little cooing sounds.
One day, I was just scrolling on my phone, and he suddenly woke up
and gave me the sweetest smile ever! I reached over to poke his tiny cheeks, but he grabbed my hand instead — and in that moment, my heart just melted. It reminded me of the love and responsibility I carry as his dad.
Every day, I tell him:
“Don’t worry, buddy. Daddy will always be your safe harbor. Whenever you hold my hand, I’ll hold yours even tighter and walk every step of the way with you.
Daddy will always love you.”
